The Leadership Roundtable is dedicated to growing leaders of character at work, at home and in our communities.
The Leadership Roundtable consists of two groups:
Senior Leader Roundtable is composed of CEO’s and senior executives
Emerging Leader Roundtable focuses on next generation leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals
The Leadership Roundtable meets monthly September - May (9 meetings) from 7:00 A.M. to 9:30 A.M.
Our Model to Grow Leaders
We are unique in our design and intentional in our mission to transform deeper wisdom into daily practical application. The Leadership Roundtable’s four-dimensional model –CONNECTION, COMMUNITY, CURRICULUM, and COACHING – helps grow the business leader at work, at home, and in the community.

Connection
Personal connection to senior leaders will provide life-changing wisdom from today’s leading voices.
Each month, Roundtable members have rare, personal access to innovative Twin Cities leaders in an intimate and informal setting. With remarkable humility and transparency, these leaders share their real-life stories, lessons learned, and relevant wisdom to apply immediately. These visionary speakers are true catalysts, helping to bridge the gap from spiritual truth to business setting application as they share how they applied God’s wisdom to a business challenge.

Community
The power of small groups to help transform spiritual truth into practical application.
There’s no better, more practical way to put your faith in action than with the collective wisdom of a small group of trusted peers. Peer leaders understand the complexity of your circumstances in ways others can’t. This camaraderie is a practical means to growing personally, professionally, and spiritually.
How the small group process benefits you:
A safe and confidential place to discuss the things that matter most
An opportunity to learn from the vast experiences of other talented leaders
An informal advisory board to help you gain clarity and make wise decisions
A place for encouragement and replenishment
Improve your ability to communicate effectively
Trusted peers can help you identify blind spots and see things you can’t
Meaningful dialogue on the real issues of being a leader—at work, at home, and in your community
What we practice in the Roundtable, we apply in the world. Your participation is a means to an end - it's a tool to help you live a life of significance.
Curriculum
Our curriculum helps leaders tackle the core issues they struggle with but rarely have the opportunity to address.
Most leadership development programs focus on developing core competencies for effective leadership but don’t address the core traits that make the character of a leader. You need both. You can’t have one without the other.
