- A Vice President of Human Relations was facing a career transition. This executive had three job opportunities, each of which had pros and cons. The best choice was unclear. First, we helped clarify her motives and identify which motives were based on fear and financial insecurity and which were based on her true calling. With her motives refined, we created a set of criteria for identifying which opportunity was right for her and her family. Through a series of exercises and follow up discussions, the best choice became clear. In the end, she chose the right job for the right reasons and enhanced her decision making skills.
